Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Canadian/US Orders: We accept eTransfers and credit cards from all major banking institutions.

International Orders: We currently only accept credit card payments

 

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: YES. We currently accept credit card payments. Payment details will be provided once the order is placed. For orders outside of Canada: Credit Card payments are in Canadian Dollars so will have the US Exchange rate to Canadian stated.

Q: What currency will I be billed in?

A: We are a Canadian (CAD) company, you will be billed in CAD and the US conversion rate provided for credit card invoices

 Q: How do I place an order?

A: Add items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and click Place Order.

You may send eTransfers online through your bank. If you have never sent one before, it’s a very simple and secure process. Your institution will have further instructions on how to complete the transfer.

Please send your E-Transfer payment to sarmsglobal@gmail.com and use ‘sarmsglobal’ as the password if required. Your order is on-hold until we confirm payment has been received.

Q: How do I make a return?

A: Do to the highly sensitive nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns.

Q: Where can I pick up my order?

A: We do not offer the ability to pick up orders.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?

A: Canada:
It is a $20.00 flat rate for shipping on all products.

USA:
We offer 2 shipping options – Priority Worldwide Pak USA and Xpresspost USA. The amount will be calculated when you enter your address

International:
Items are shipped using Xpresspost International and the amount will be calculated when you enter your address

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?

A: Canada:
Normally your package will arrive within 5 days

USA:
Priority Worldwide Pak USA normally arrive within 3-4 days
Xpresspost USA normally arrive within 6-10 days.

Note: Delays may occur due to US Customs

International:
Normally your package will arrive within 5 – 10 days

Laws may vary by region as they pertain to products sold on this website, and sarmsglobal.com is not aware of the laws in every country. It is understood that any use of this website or purchase made from this website is done at your own risk. Sarmsglobal.com will make every reasonable attempt to ensure delivery of products sold, but shall not be responsible for lost or stolen articles. On rare occasions, due to the sensitivity of our products, they sometimes do not make it past  International Customs. When this happens, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. We will resend your order to you AT NO COST. We prefer that you send us a secondary address for the second shipment in the event that your original address has been flagged.
  2. If that order does not make it through to you (within 14 days of the shipment date) then we will provide you a FULL REFUND minus the cost of the shipping on the ORIGINAL order only.

We process and ship hundreds of orders each and every month and cases like this are indeed rare. Our goal is to have 100% of our customers happy, reordering and singing our praises. Unfortunately in business (and in life) things do not always go the way we intend but at the end of the day, all we can do is our best and that is what we intend to do each and every day for each and every customer.
